“Discover How to Easily and Affordably Create a Parenting Plan that Eases the Stress of Divorce
and Provides Stability and Security
for your Children”

Dear Parent,

Have you spent many nights lying awake worrying about the emotional, physical, and financial stress of divorce on your children?

Don’t worry… You’re not alone. The two biggest concerns raised by divorce are about money and the children.  Did you know:

  • * the average cost of litigation ranges from $30,000
       to $100,000.

  • * exposing your children to ongoing conflict puts them at risk
       for long-term emotional problems.

  •

Hello,
My name is Debra Lee, and I know how children can be emotionally harmed during a custody battle. I know because I’ve witnessed it over and over again during the ten years I worked as a Mediator and Evaluator in the family court system in Arizona. I've interviewed hundreds of children in the course of making recommendations to the court about custody and parenting time. These children:

  • *Felt sad, angry, and caught in the middle of
      their parents’ conflict.

  •

  • *Worried they wouldn’t get to see one parent,
or felt sad because they missed one parent.

More than anything else, these children told me:

“I wish my parents would stop fighting and get along.”

The research on children and divorce reflects that children have the most difficulty adjusting to divorce when they are exposed to ongoing parental conflict. And going to court often makes conflict worse, because the court system is not designed to resolve family issues.

No one likes to go to court. Not only is it aggravating, upsetting, and expensive, but you no longer have control over the outcome of your situation. Important decisions will be made by a Judge who does not know you or your children.

“As parents, you know your children better than anyone else…
You are the best ones to make decisions about your children.”

Creating a Parenting Plan is one of the best things
you can do to reduce your conflict and ease
 your children’s pain and confusion.

  • A Parenting Plan reassures children that they will have consistent time with each parent, and having a schedule helps children plan
and look forward to time with each parent.

  •

  • Parents who mutually develop/agree on a parenting plan are:

  • * More likely to follow their plan.

  • * More hopeful about co-parenting after divorce.

  • * Less likely to return to court.

  •

Do you want to create your own parenting plan…
Are you confused, overwhelmed, or
not sure where to start?
